SECTION 7 – DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS

7.2 Liability Cap: Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.
7.3 Force Majeure: Not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).
SECTION 8 – GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
8.1 These Terms are governed by Indian laws, with exclusive jurisdiction in Delhi courts.
