DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Profiles and Services)
All digital profile listings and associated services sold on BharatKe.com are non-refundable and non-returnable. These products are customized and delivered electronically, and once delivered, they cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
By purchasing a digital product on our platform, you agree to this strict no-refund policy.
PHYSICAL ADDONS (if applicable)
From time to time, we may offer optional physical products (such as printed visiting cards or marketing materials) as addons to your digital profile. These items, once ordered and processed, are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
We do not offer exchanges or accept returns unless the item is delivered in a damaged condition or with a printing error that is due to our fault. In such rare cases:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- You must provide clear photographs of the damage or error.
- We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a corrected replacement.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept cancellations once an order (digital or physical) has been placed. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.
CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider after accepting these terms is a violation of our policy. We reserve the right to suspend access to your BharatKe profile and take legal or collection action if a fraudulent chargeback is initiated.
