1. Scope

BharatKe.com primarily offers digital profiles and services. However, from time to time, we may offer optional physical add-ons such as printed visiting cards or marketing materials. This policy applies only to such physical products.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within India. Orders placed from unsupported regions may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

3. Delivery Time

Typical delivery time for physical items is between 5–10 business days after order confirmation and payment. Delays due to courier issues, regional lockdowns, or natural events may occur, and we shall not be held liable for the same.

4. Shipping Partners

We work with reputed logistics and courier partners such as India Post, DTDC, Delhivery, or similar services to ensure timely delivery. Tracking details will be shared via email when available.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout. In some cases, free shipping may be offered as part of a promotion or bundled deal.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your product arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery. We may request photos or additional proof for verification before re-shipping or taking further action.

7. No International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only fulfill physical orders within India.
