BharatKe.com primarily offers digital profiles and services. However, from time
to time, we may offer optional physical add-ons such as printed visiting cards
or marketing materials. This policy applies only to such physical products.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver physical products only within India. Orders placed from
unsupported regions may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

3. Delivery Time

The typical delivery time for physical items is 5–10 business days
from order confirmation and payment. Delays due to courier issues, regional
restrictions, or natural events may occur, and we shall not be held liable for
such delays.

4. Shipping Partners

We work with reputed logistics and courier partners such as India Post, DTDC,
Delhivery, or similar services to ensure timely delivery. Tracking details will
be shared via email when available.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout. In some
cases, free shipping may be offered as part of a promotional offer or bundled
service.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your product arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery
window, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery
date. We may request photographs or additional information for verification
before arranging a replacement or taking further action.

7. No International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. All physical orders are
fulfilled only within India.
