1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Profiles and Services)
All digital profile listings and associated services sold on BharatKe.com are
non-refundable and non-returnable.
These products are customized and delivered electronically, and once delivered,
they cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
By purchasing a digital product on our platform, you agree to this
strict no-refund policy.
2. PHYSICAL ADD-ONS (If Applicable)
From time to time, we may offer optional physical products (such as printed
visiting cards or marketing materials) as add-ons to your digital profile.
These items, once ordered and processed, are non-refundable and
non-returnable.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is delivered in a
damaged condition or contains a printing error
attributable to us. In such cases:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photographs of the damage or error
- Approved claims will receive a corrected replacement
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
3. CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept cancellations once an order (digital or physical) has been placed.
Please ensure all details are accurate before submitting your order.
4. CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider after accepting these
terms is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to
suspend access to your BharatKe profile and take appropriate legal
or recovery action in cases of fraudulent chargebacks.
